How does the community give useful feedback to the police department
when there are segments of the community who feel their voice is not
heard, or worse, they fear retribution? This is a question many
communities must face, especially those with a history of police
brutality and/or misuse of the authority.
How do we responsibly manage complaints against police officers in our
community? What role does technology play in the solution?
Is this a project for Code for Asheville?
Come join in the conversation at the community meeting on Thursday, November 14th, at Stephens-Lee Recreation Center, 5:30pm.
